欢迎使用 AIRR（以下简称"本服务"或"我们"）。本服务由 肖桓颉 (Xiao Huanjie) 运营，提供基于人工智能的《Deep Read Anxiety Antidote》个性化分析报告等数字产品。

在访问或使用本服务前，请仔细阅读本《服务条款》（以下简称"本条款"）。一旦您完成付费或使用本服务任何付费/免费功能，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。

1. 服务内容

本服务提供：

• 免费的 AI 替代风险自测问卷（5 分钟）
• 付费的深度 AI 分析报告（一次性购买，即刻交付）

报告内容由 AI 模型根据您主动提交的问卷答案、基础信息和开放式回答生成，仅用于帮助您进行自我反思，不构成医疗、心理咨询、投资、法律或职业规划建议。

2. 账户与使用

本服务目前不要求注册账户。您通过支付与邮箱建立的会话即构成一次使用关系。您承诺：

• 提供的信息真实有效（特别是支付邮箱）
• 不将本服务用于任何违法、欺诈、骚扰或违反公共秩序良俗的目的
• 不对本服务进行反向工程、批量爬取或干扰其正常运行

3. 付费与订单

本服务的付费内容由第三方支付服务商 Lemon Squeezy Inc.（商家注册地：美国）处理。您的支付信息由 Lemon Squeezy 直接收集与存储，我们不接触您的完整支付卡信息。

一经付款成功，您即获得报告的即时生成权与终身查阅权（在您本设备 localStorage 中保存）。价格以结账页面显示为准。

4. 退款

由于本服务为数字产品，付款后立即交付且不可收回，原则上一经出售不予退款。详细规则请见 退款政策。

5. 知识产权

本服务的代码、界面、问卷体系、品牌标识、AI 提示词体系等全部内容均为 肖桓颉 (Xiao Huanjie) 或其许可方所有。您通过付款获得的报告仅供您本人非商业性参考使用，未经书面同意，禁止以任何形式公开发布、转售、用于训练其他 AI 模型。

您主动提交的问卷答案与开放式文本的所有权归您本人所有。您授予我们在生成本次报告所必需的最小范围内处理这些内容的权限。我们不会将其用于训练任何 AI 模型（见 隐私政策）。

7. 服务中断与变更

我们保留因维护、升级、合规要求或不可抗力而暂停或修改本服务的权利。若预期停机超过 24 小时，我们会在首页公告。已付款用户若因服务终止 30 天以上无法生成报告，可凭订单号申请全额退款。

8. 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对您的累计赔偿总额不超过您为本服务支付的实际费用。

9. 适用法律与争议解决

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖（不含冲突法规则）。因本条款引起或与其相关的任何争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交 肖桓颉 (Xiao Huanjie) 所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。

10. 条款修改

我们可能不时更新本条款。更新内容将在本页面发布并更新"生效日期"。持续使用本服务视为您接受更新后的条款。

Terms of Service

Welcome to AIRR (the "Service", "we", "us"). The Service is operated by 肖桓颉 (Xiao Huanjie) and provides AI-generated personalized reports including "Deep Read Anxiety Antidote" as a digital product.

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Service. By completing a purchase or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. What the Service offers

• A free 5-minute AI-replacement-risk self-assessment quiz.
• A paid, one-off, instantly delivered deep AI analysis report.

Reports are generated by AI models based on the questionnaire answers, basic info, and free-form text you submit. Reports are for self-reflection only and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or career advice.

2. Account & acceptable use

The Service does not currently require account registration. Your payment email forms the session. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information (especially the payment email);
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purpose;
• Not reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt normal operation of the Service.

3. Payments & orders

Paid content is processed by our payment provider Lemon Squeezy Inc. (US). Your payment information is collected and stored directly by Lemon Squeezy; we do not receive your full card details.

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate generation rights and lifetime local access (stored in your browser's localStorage). Prices are as shown at checkout.

4. Refunds

Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately and not reclaimable, sales are generally final. See our Refund Policy for details and the EU statutory exceptions.

5. Intellectual property

All code, UI, questionnaire system, brand, and AI prompt systems are owned by 肖桓颉 (Xiao Huanjie) or its licensors. The report you purchase is for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not publicly republish, resell, or use the report to train other AI models without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the answers and free-form text you submit. You grant us the minimum license necessary to generate your report. We do not use your content to train any AI model — see Privacy Policy.

7. Service interruption & changes

We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, upgrades, compliance, or force majeure. For planned downtime > 24h we will post a notice on the home page. If an outage lasts > 30 days and prevents report generation for a paid user, you may request a full refund with your order ID.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent People's Court at the place of 肖桓颉 (Xiao Huanjie).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "Effective date". Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
