欢迎使用 AIRR（以下简称"本服务"或"我们"）。本服务提供基于人工智能的《AI 同行书》、深度附件等个性化数字内容生成服务。国内运营主体信息将以公司主体信息页及备案信息为准。
在访问或使用本服务前，请仔细阅读本《服务条款》（以下简称"本条款"）。一旦您完成付费或使用本服务任何付费/免费功能，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。
1. 服务内容
本服务提供：
- 免费的 AI 浪潮自测（生成 AI 替代率、破局商数等画像，不含个性化信件）
- 付费的《AI 同行书》正文与深度附件（一次性购买，即刻生成并交付）
内容由 AI 模型根据您主动提交的问卷答案、基础信息和开放式回答生成，仅用于自助测评、信息参考与数字内容生成，不构成医疗、投资、法律、就业或任何专业服务建议。
2. 账户与使用
我们支持您通过 QQ / 微信账号登录本服务；在部分流程中，您也可能通过支付邮箱建立一次性使用会话。您承诺：
- 您提供的信息真实有效（包括第三方登录账号与支付邮箱）
- 您不将本服务用于任何违法、欺诈、骚扰或违反公共秩序良俗的目的
- 您不对本服务进行反向工程、批量爬取或干扰其正常运行
3. 付费与订单
国内用户的付费内容由官方微信支付 / 支付宝处理；海外用户由 Gumroad 处理。支付信息由对应支付服务商直接收集与存储，我们不接触您的完整支付卡信息。
一经付款成功，您即获得对应档位内容的即时生成权。结果会在您本设备 localStorage 中保存，后续用户系统上线后可能支持账户归档。价格以结账页面显示为准。
4. 退款
本服务为数字内容，付款后立即生成并交付。依据《消费者权益保护法》第二十五条，在线交付的数字化商品不适用七日无理由退货；但在付款成功未生成、重复扣款、因我方原因导致长期无法访问等情形下，您可申请全额退款。详细规则请见 退款政策。
5. 知识产权
本服务的代码、界面、问卷体系、品牌标识、AI 提示词体系等全部内容均为 AIRR 或其许可方所有。您通过付款获得的内容仅供您本人非商业性参考使用，未经书面同意，禁止以任何形式转售或用于训练其他 AI 模型。
您主动提交的问卷答案与开放式文本的所有权归您本人所有。您授予我们在生成本次内容所必需的最小范围内处理这些内容的权限。我们不会将其用于训练任何 AI 模型（见 隐私政策）。
6. 免责声明
重要： AI 生成内容存在随机性与不确定性，可能包含不准确、不完整或与您真实情况不符的陈述。请您基于自己的判断理性参考。对于因依赖本服务内容作出的任何决策（包括但不限于职业、健康、财务决策），本服务不承担任何直接或间接责任。
7. 服务中断与变更
我们保留因维护、升级、合规要求或不可抗力而暂停或修改本服务的权利。若预期停机超过 24 小时，我们会在首页公告。已付款用户若因服务终止 30 天以上无法生成内容，可凭订单号申请全额退款。
8. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对您的累计赔偿总额不超过您为本服务支付的实际费用。
9. 适用法律与争议解决
本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖（不含冲突法规则）。因本条款引起或与其相关的任何争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交运营主体所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。
10. 条款修改
我们可能不时更新本条款。更新内容将在本页面发布并更新"生效日期"。持续使用本服务视为您接受更新后的条款。

Terms of Service
Effective date: April 21, 2026
Welcome to AIRR (the "Service", "we", "us"). The Service provides AI-generated digital content including the AI Companion Letter and deep attachments. Mainland China operating-entity details are listed on the Company Information page and filing records where applicable.
Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Service. By completing a purchase or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. What the Service offers
- A free AI-wave self-test (generates an AI-replacement rate, breakthrough quotient, and similar profile; no personalized letter).
- The paid AI Companion Letter and deep attachment, purchased once and delivered immediately.
Content is generated by AI models based on the questionnaire answers, basic info, and free-form text you submit. Content is for self-assessment, information reference, and digital-content generation only. It does not constitute medical, financial, legal, employment, or other professional advice.
2. Account & acceptable use
We support sign-in to the Service via your QQ / WeChat account; in certain flows, you may also establish a one-time session via your payment email. You agree:
- To provide accurate information, including third-party login account information and payment email;
- Not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purpose;
- Not to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt normal operation of the Service.
3. Payments & orders
Mainland China payments are processed by official WeChat Pay / Alipay; overseas payments are processed by Gumroad. Payment information is collected and stored directly by the payment provider; we do not receive your full card details.
Upon successful payment, you receive immediate generation rights for the selected tier. Results are stored in your browser's localStorage; account archiving may be added later. Prices are as shown at checkout.
4. Refunds
Because the Service is digital content generated and delivered immediately and not reclaimable, sales are generally final once generated. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Intellectual property
All code, UI, questionnaire system, brand, and AI prompt systems are owned by AIRR or its licensors. The content you purchase is for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not resell it or use it to train other AI models without our written consent.
You retain ownership of the answers and free-form text you submit. You grant us the minimum license necessary to generate your content. We do not use your content to train any AI model — see Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
Important: AI-generated content is probabilistic and may contain inaccurate or incomplete statements. Please use your own judgement. The Service is not liable for any decisions you make (career, health, financial, or otherwise) in reliance on generated content.
7. Service interruption & changes
We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, upgrades, compliance, or force majeure. For planned downtime > 24h we will post a notice on the home page. If an outage lasts > 30 days and prevents content generation for a paid user, you may request a full refund with your order ID.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, submitted to the competent People's Court at the place of the operating entity.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "Effective date". Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
