完整流程是怎样的?
① 进入首页 → ② 确认并完成支付 → ③ 完成 5 大主题问答 → ④ 生成 AI 同行书正文与深度附件 → ⑤ 复制或保存结果。
能退款吗?
数字内容付款后立即生成并交付,原则上不退款。若付款后内容从未生成、重复扣款或出现明确技术故障,14 天内写信 support@airrapp.com 处理。完整规则见 退款政策。
我填写的内容会被用来训练 AI 吗?
不会。 我们从不将您提交的答案或自然语言文本用于任何模型训练。报告生成后 30 天内,我们自动从服务器清除原始数据。详见 隐私政策。
支持哪些语言?
UI 目前中文 / 英文双语;内容会用您问卷填写的语言生成。中文输入 → 中文结果,英文输入 → 英文结果。混合语言的质量可能下降。
内容没有生成怎么办?
先检查网络(尤其是是否能访问 airrapp.com 本身)。若付款后超过 5 分钟仍卡在"生成中"页面,写信 support@airrapp.com,附上订单号 + 付款邮箱。我们会人工排查,并在必要时全额退款或手动补发。
我换了一台设备,能看到旧报告吗?
可以。只要您在生成结果页时已登录,结果页的同行书正文与深度附件会在生成后上传并同步到您的账户;之后用同一账号在任意设备登录,即可在「历史记录」中重新查看。
需要注意:填写过程中的所有答案与进度仅保存在本地,只有结果页生成后才上传,且上传内容不含重要隐私信息。若您当时未登录,则结果只存在该设备浏览器本地,换设备无法找回,请主动复制或截图保存。
发票 / 收据呢?
付款成功后,微信支付、支付宝、Gumroad 或对应支付平台会提供订单记录或收据。若需要协助核对订单,邮件 support@airrapp.com。
未成年人可以用吗?
本服务不面向 14 周岁以下用户;未满 18 周岁请在监护人同意下使用。

What's the full flow?
① Open the home page → ② confirm and complete checkout → ③ complete the 5-theme Q&A → ④ receive the letter and attachment → ⑤ copy or save your result.
Can I get a refund?
Digital content is generated and delivered immediately and is generally non-refundable once generated. If it never generated, you were double-charged, or a clear technical fault occurred, email support@airrapp.com within 14 days. Full rules: Refund Policy.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We never use submitted answers or free-form text for model training. Raw data is purged from our servers within 30 days. See Privacy Policy.
What languages are supported?
UI is bilingual zh/en. The result is generated in whichever language you answered in. Mixing languages may degrade quality.
What if my result doesn't generate?
Check your network first (especially access to airrapp.com itself). If you are stuck on "generating..." for more than 5 minutes after payment, email support@airrapp.com with order ID + payment email. We will investigate manually and either re-send the result or refund in full when appropriate.
I switched devices — can I still see my old report?
Yes. As long as you were signed in when the result page was generated, the letter and deep attachment are uploaded and synced to your account after generation. Sign in with the same account on any device and re-open it under "History".
Note: all answers and progress while filling in stay local; only the finished result page is uploaded, and the uploaded content contains no sensitive personal information. If you were not signed in, the result stays only in that device's browser and cannot be recovered after switching devices — please copy or screenshot it.
Invoice / receipt?
WeChat Pay, Alipay, Gumroad, or the relevant payment platform provides order records or receipts after successful payment. For order-support help, email support@airrapp.com.
Can minors use this?
The Service is not directed at users under 14; users under 18 should use it with guardian consent.
